Mr. Sumner has more than 25 years of public and private design/build experience throughout the United States and abroad and is responsible for the executive management of the company. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in civil engineering. Dean is a registered professional engineer, a certified general contractor, a LEED accredited professional, and is certified as a quality assurance manager by the Army Corps of Engineers.
